Objective: To improve communication and sales skills, practice presenting a project and negotiating with potential customers/investors/partners.

Key Competences: Communication, selling, presenting and negotiating skills for any level of business.

Indicative Needs / Tasks:  Practicing selling/presentation/negotiation skills with feedbacks from experience trainer.

Target Group: All levels of business where communication, selling, presenting, and negotiating skills are needed

Outcomes: Upon completion of the training each person will be able to:

understand own and others verbal and nonverbal communication; learn how to listen and understand own customers; understand how to solve unsatisfaction of the customers;  improve business meeting skills; improve presentation skills; and understand different types of negotiating, setting negotiating objective and improving negotiating skills.

Indicative Content: How to become a successful speaker?

How to organize and hold properly a business meeting?
How to accept and understand customers’ comments?
How to present my innovative business?
How to negotiate successfully?

Duration: 2 days (from 10 am till 5 pm)

Objective: To understand what strategy is, make business model, understand implementation role, and analyze the enterprise value.

Key Competences: Understanding, creating, and implementing strategy for innovative business.

Indicative Needs / Tasks: Using framework for improving strategy formulation and implementation.

Target Group: Managers in (Innovative) Companies, Innovative teams

Outcomes: Upon completion of the training each person will be able to:

learn what are the elements of strategy; learn how to create a strategy; define ways of moving on market; design a business model of business; realize how significant the connection between formulation and implementation of strategy is; learn to perceive how successfully they can operate over a certain period of time; understand how much money they have to have constantly engaged in current business; be able to make operational decisions related to the management of cash flows; define a point of return for their innovative business; and perceive their financial position.

Steps to define a strategy for your innovative business
Write the vision and mission of your innovative business
Organize people and work
Implementation of the strategy for your innovation
Balance sheet and profitability
Balance sheet and financial ratios

Sources of financing of small innovative businesses
Enterprise Value – Overview on relevant valuation methods

Objective: To know how to explain novelty of developed innovation, listen and understand customers, conduct market and competition research and see market in different way.

Key Competences: Planning, creating, conducting, and using marketing strategy effectively.

Indicative Needs / Tasks: Understanding market in innovative way.

Target Group: Managers of (innovative) businesses, innovative teams

Outcomes: Upon completion of the training each person will be able to:

  • understand and define well the novelty of innovation;
  • be able to observe differently market;
  •  find customers for innovation;
  •  know how to reach customers;
  •  be able to understand and listen customers;
  •  learn what they really want so as to gain their confidence;
  •  explore and develop a new or the existing market for innovative products/services and
  •  develop the best way of entering into market.

  • Determining the type of innovation you have developed
  • Research existing / new market of customers
  • Research the customer’s job your innovation should solve
  • Determination of market size and market potential
  • Comparison with direct / indirect competitors
